Birthdays, meetings, classes, wakes, christenings and village events. Tell us the date you have in mind and what you're planning, and we'll check the diary and come straight back to you. If you'd rather talk it through, give us a ring.

The diary

See what's free

Pick a day to see what's already in the diary and which times are still open. Green days are clear, amber days have something on, red days are full.

How booking works

Three steps, no fuss

There's no online diary yet, so a real person checks every date. It usually makes for a better conversation anyway.

  1. 01

    Tell us your date

Send the date you have in mind, what it's for and roughly how many people. A rough date is fine if you're flexible, and a single afternoon is as welcome as a whole day.

  2. 02

    We check the diary

One of the committee looks at the bookings and comes back to you. If your date is taken, we'll suggest the nearest ones that aren't.

  3. 03

    Confirm and it's yours

Once you're happy, we confirm the booking and sort the details: the bar, the kitchen, the field, tables and chairs, and anything else you need.
